These apricots are handpicked from the farmlands of Himalayas, kernels are removed and dried naturally without any artificial means or additives. These are pale to rich brown in color and are definitely more healthier (as compared to the whitish light brown colored ones) as they are sulpherless and have a slight caramel taste. No sugar or colors have been used. These variety have a sweet and slight slour taste ideal for munching. Some of the pieces may be chewy since the sun drying is done naturally.
