Description: Corn flour is a type of flour that's milled from dried whole corn kernels.
Benefits: good source of protein and fibre. Easy to digest because of insoluble fibre, benefits the gut. Provides some amount of minerals as well.

Tip: You need to mix your corn flour with a bit of cold water first to make a slurry. This will eliminate lumps.
