Also known as Ek pothi lahsun / Kashmiri Garlic / Himalayan Garlic.
This is a single pod garlic that grows in the mountains at high altitude, in low oxygen and snwoy conditions. It has round bulb like shape with one flattened side and is pointed at the top. A thin light brownish colored outer layer protects the garlic inside.
Can be used in any recipe that calls for using garlic. Crush or mince before useage for maximising flavour.
It is known to be more potent than regular garlic.
