She handles large-scale operations and marketing, ensuring that every product meets the highest standards.RECIPE: Green Goddess Pasta with VegetablesIngredients:• 8 oz pasta (penne, fusilli, or any short pasta works well)• 1 cup Green Goddess dressing - from Bottled.• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved• 1 small zucchini, diced• 1/2 cup peas (fresh or frozen)• 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)• 2 tbsp olive oil• Salt and pepper, to taste• Red pepper flakes (optional, for a bit of heat)Instructions:1. Cook the Pasta:• Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package directions. Drain and set aside.2. Prepare the Vegetables:• While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the zucchini and cook for 3-4 minutes until it starts to soften. Add the peas and cook for another 2 minutes.3. Combine Pasta and Vegetables:• Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the vegetables. Stir everything together.4. Add Bottled Green Goddess Sauce:• Lower the heat and pour the Green Goddess dressing over the pasta and vegetables. Stir gently until everything is evenly coated.5. Finish and Serve:• Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and fresh basil. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired. Remove from heat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if using.6.
