1) Lemongrass Tea

Wash 2–3 leaves

Cut into small pieces (or crush a bit)

Boil in 2 cups water for 8–10 mins

Strain and drink

2) In Rasam / Soup / Curry (for aroma)

Tie 1 leaf into a knot and drop it into the pot while boiling

Remove before serving

3) Lemongrass Infused Water

Crush 1 leaf + add to water bottle

Keep 1–2 hours and drink

4) Kadha (cold / digestion)

Boil together:

lemongrass leaves + ginger + tulsi (optional)

Strain and drink.
