Please note - Apple Season ended in November. Current Apples that is being delivered are cold storage apples and they wont be as crunch as it would be during season. While it still taste sweet, it is slightly on the mushy side inside.
These organic apples are grown in Moorang, Kinnaur. Moorang is known to grow one of the best Apples in Kinnaur - specifically due to the elevation and water and soil conditions. The fruit has full colour, crunchiness, sweetness and fragrance which is typical to this valley. Jeet is helping other farmers in the region to grow Organic Apples and find better markets to sell their produce.
The fruit smells heavenly and comes from an elevation of 11000 ft and above. Has travelled in hand, on horse back, in trucks and local transportation and finally now in train to Bangalore. So it is bound to have 1-2 dents on the fruits.

Please note, these apples will have (1.) slight natural wax (2.) will have alteast 1 dent on the fruit. Apple season is over and hence slight dent is but unavoidable. If you are looking for the perfect organic apples without any dent, this wont be the one.
Please note Indian apple farmers dont do artificial wax typically. It is only in the imported apples which you will be in supermarkets, one can find artificial waxed apples
