Qty :Our Broccoli comes from a passionate farmer in outskirts of Bangalore. We sell it only during season - typically winter months. Else they don't grow properly.

While its protein content might not be as high as legumes or nuts, broccoli is a complete protein, providing all nine essential amino acids.Which is the best method of cooking broccoli, to gain maximum benefit from it ?
- Broccoli is loaded with vitamins, but boiling in water strips it of a lot of it nutrients. The water soluable nutrients leach into the water.
- Steam them instead. Experts consider it as the best way to cook broccoli.
- You could steam the good old fashioned way or try a microwave it with some water sprinkled for a few mins until cooked, for a quick fix.
