We made this variant to taste just like Italy… if Italy was a loaf of bread.
Our signature slow fermented bread, filled with roasted garlic, herbs, and a touch of chilli flakes.
Lightly toast it, smear some butter and serve alongside your pasta, dunk into soups, make rusk or croutons, or make a cheese sandwich to eat over and over, all week long! Sometimes though, we find ourselves eating it as is because, you know, purists.
Organic Ingredients: Whole Wheat (Sharbati 90%, Emmer 10%), Jaggery, Cold-Pressed Peanut Oil, Garlic, Oregano, Basil, Thyme, Rosemary, Black pepper, Chili Flakes, Pink Salt, Fresh Yeast* (*not organic)
Net weight: 320 g (~ 7 to 8 slices)
