Dont miss out on the lovely green tops of the radish. They are very much edible and as nutritious as greens usually are.

Here are some ideas given by our HB community to use Radish Greens :

Add in Paratha
Saute with burnt garlic / garlic and sesame
Saute in fried brown rice with veggies in a chineese style - maybe broccoli, panner, mushroom, yellow capsicum and spring onions.
Pickle with radish leaves and coriander
Chop radish and its leaves - saute with seasame oil and roasted sesame seeds.
Juice with an apple, add in some lemon juice - have it to bring out that skin glow.
Saag with pumpkin and peanut paste
