Recipe
Cut the Burmese tofu into bite-sized pieces and set aside. In a skillet, heat vegetable oil. Add sliced onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger to the skillet and sauté. Add spices and mix well. Add some carrot and bell pepper and let it cook until tender. Add the Burmese tofu to the skillet and simmer for another 5 minutes or until heated through. Season with salt to taste. Serve the Burmese tofu curry over cooked rice or noodles.
