Navaankankari is well known as 9 men's Morris or Color block in the west. This is an alignment game played by 2 players. Each player getrs 9 pawns.
The game of Nava Kankari is played on a board consisting of 3 concentric squares connected by lines from the middle of each of the inner squares sides to the middle of the corresponding outer squares side. Pieces are played on the points where 2 or more lines meet, so there are 24 playable points. This is a 2 plaayer game and each player gets 9 coins of a different colour. This is an exciting game that helps develop strategy and planning.
