This Ghee comes from a small farm in Kashipur, Uttarakhand.
Only Gir Cows are raised at the farm (A2 Milk).
The Ghee is done North Indian Style. Packed in Glass Bottle.
Ghee is processed using Bilona Method.
Bilona ghee refers to a method of making ghee, where a wooden beater called -Bilona' is used to churn out butter from the curd, and then the butter is cooked on a slow flame to make ghee.
