Please note - Since these Lychees are coming all the way from Bihar, do expect some pcs to be discoloured (on the blackish side) but the eating quality is unaffected. This will make it look "not fresh".

You should avoid ordering these, if you want really "fresh looking". But you should order them, if you are looking for "good tasting" one. 

Organic/ Natural - while the farm has been practicing natural farming for many years, they are currently not organic certified this year. They are looking to have it certified in the future. Details of farm and practice given below.

These lychees are grown by Ashish Ranjan, a passionate organic farmer from Sakra, Muzaffarpur (Bihar). Ashish has been growing lychees organically for the last 3 years, as part of a small group of farmers committed to chemical-free farming.

Here's a peek into their natural practices:

• Farming based on native Indian cow systems
• Use of Jeevamrit & Ghan Beejamrit to enrich the soil
• Neem oil and other traditional methods for pest control

Very few farmers grow lychees this way, so we're especially grateful to Ashish and his team for staying true to nature.

Please note: These are not the shiny, artificially-treated lychees you see in stores. They may have natural black marks on the skin — totally normal and a sign of authenticity. If you're expecting picture-perfect red lychees, this may not be for you. But if you love real, naturally-grown fruits — this one’s a gem.
