The recipe is a traditional Maharastrian pickle recipe passed on to her over generations. She is still a working professional and this is something she does out of passion. My name is Shubhangi and I have been a happy customer of Healthy Buddha since 2018. I have started taking small steps towards organic food to accomplish my passion for cooking. To begin with, I started preparing my mother-in-law's traditional maharastrian pickle recipe with its rich history, coming from her grandmother. No oil is used in this recipe. Instead of cooking, the pickle is prepared using a unique sun-drying method. After 25 days, the pickle is done.
