Gautham's Update: What's in season this January 2025

Here is a quick update on what's in season this January 2025 at HealthyBuddha.in
- Berries are still going strong - Blueberries, Strawberries, Mulberry, Goldenberries
- Minimal supply of Mahabaleshwar Strawberries are available at present for Thursday & Sunday deliveries
- Grapes - Black grapes have already been coming along for a month now and the taste has been good. Our famous green seedless grapes expected very soon (most likely this by this weekend or by monday). I tasted a sample and it was good.
- Kinnow Orange is going great. I love the refreshing taste of it.
- Pomegranate pearls are pretty red still and the taste has been good. Enjoy these in winter season. Come summer, these pearls will turn whitish and wont be as good.
- Apples are not quite in season. Got over by November. But still loving the sweet taste of Kinnaur Apples. But do expect a bit of inconsistency and it wont be as crunchy like it would be during Season.
- Many of greens like Sabaki (Dil), Baby Spinach, Kale, Gongura, Iceberg Lettuce, Fresh basil are back in stock
- Expecting Broccoli to be available regularly from Monday onwards.
- Delhi Carrots are available
- We got some limited stock of Mizo Ginger from Nagaland.
- Other lovely roots for your cooking available - Fresh Turmeric, Mango Ginger, Black Turmeric
