Taste Profile: Honey Pomelo flavor is sweeter than a regular Pomelo but milder than a grapefruit – not as bitter, not as sour but there is definitely a resemblance. The fruit is much more firm and less juicy than a grapefruit. The flesh is deep pink in colour (at times white).Pomelo is the least acidic of all citrus fruit. While some varieties are more juicy than others, pomelo is typically less juicy than other citrus fruit.Usage:
It's a beauty when had with a little bit of salt and chilli powder.

Best enjoyed in Salads, Juices and also just eaten as a fruit by sprinkling some rock salt and red chilli.
