Some of these avocados dont turn colour, they just go soft on ripening (without turning colour). If you wait for them to turn colour, they will rot and spoil inside. We will not be able to refund for such. Kindly watch out for softness of avocado for ripening.

How do you tell if it is ripen?
Step 1: Ripe avocados will yield to firm gentle pressure in the palm of your hand.Step 2 - Place the avocado in the palm of your hand.
Step 3 - Gently squeeze without applying your fingertips as this can cause bruising
Ripe: If the avocado yields to firm gentle pressure you know it's ripe and ready-to-eat.
Although skin color can help in the initial visual selection of avocados it is not always the best indicator for ripeness. Ripeness is ultimately determined by pressure, color can sometimes be misleading as avocado “softening” can occur at a varying rate, independent of the color.

To speed up the avocado ripening process we recommend placing unripe avocados in a brown paper bag with a banana (preferably unripe) for two to three days until they are ripe.
Since both avocados and unripe bananas release a naturally occurring plant hormone called ethylene gas that acts as a ripening agent, putting both of these unripe types of produce in a bag together will actually trap the gas in the bag and speed up the ripening process. This is a completely natural way to ripen your avocado and in no way diminishes its nutrient content. We do not recommend any other method of ripening.
