FAQ about Amla Honey
1) the number of amlas in 1 bottle (10-13 pcs amla)
2) the weight of contents in 1 bottle - 500gm
3) have amlas soaked the honey-Amla will ooze honey after biting into it OR they’re just lying in honey- not oozing honey when bitten?
The Amla would have taken in some amount of honey. So it will neither ooze honey out when you bite into it like Gulab Jamun, nor is it just lying there.
Also Amla by itself is quite dense. To loosen it up and make it more palatable it is first boiled in water for a while. Only after that is is soaked in honey.
The honey as a medium is also very dense unlike sugar syrup. So it will not rush into the Amla.
