A note from the maker "Roasting peanuts in high heat until it turns into brown to dark brown had been trend so far to which we are accustomed and attuned to perceive as tasty.
After I have studied on the value of raw foods and the harmful effect of cooking my heart no longer wants to roast the peanuts in 120C till it turns into brown. Brown is the sign of burning. Especially knowing how toxic is peanuts in general and particularly after roasting i changed my peanut butter production style. I make sure our peanuts are organic, and fresh, get them tested for aflotoxin presence and then just heat them enough so that we can remove the skin easily.
Nearly now 6 years passed since i turned into raw foodist and a promoter of the same i produce my peanut butter in this fashion, cream or half white in colour. I must say to my total surprise all my old customers who were used to brown have smoothly shifted their mind to adopt to my new style, colour and taste positively without even raising any doubt, and also i m fortunate to develop more new people liking this new peanut butter.without needing any of my explanation."
