With temperatures soaring, we had to put our heads (and hands) together to relaunch the highly sought after, delicious, and a healthier Thandai Mix; a traditional beverage that cools you from within.
As with all of SproutOG’s products, we’ve used 100% organic, healthier alternatives like raw almonds & cashews, dried rose petals, poppyseeds, pepper, cardamom, saffron and traditional low GI mishri to sweeten it.
Organic Ingredients: Mishri (43%), Almonds, Cashewnuts, Fennel Seeds, Black Pepper, Cardamon, Poppy Seeds, Rose Petals, Saffron, Nutmeg.
Serving Suggestion:
1. Open the bottle, and take in the wonderfully sweet aroma of the nuts, saffron and spices.
2. Boil 1 glass of cow’s, buffalos, or any nut milk, and whisk in 2 tbsp of SproutOG’s thandai mix.
3. Refrigerate and serve chilled
Our Thandai Mix is best served this way, but if you’re impatient, as we all are sometimes, just whisk in 2 tbsp in cold milk and enjoy.
Each bottle is meant to serve five people, so try to hide from the rest of your family when you drink the whole thing by yourself. Also, now that you have finished the whole thing, this seems like a good time to mention that, when we made this recipe, we engineered it in a special way so that you will have the coolest head and nothing anyone says will make you feel guilt.
