Mango Ginger Pickle made using fresh mango ginger from savera farm. This is available only during the mango ginger harvest season. This season is usually from September to March.
Kindly Refrigerate the product upon receiving, otherwise they tend to form a fungus.
Much sought after for its unique taste. It can be used as a pickle, chutney or even as a spread.
It tastes mildly spicy coupled with slight sour and sweet notes and has distinct raw mango flavour from the mango ginger.
It’s completely natural and the organic ingredients used are : Mango Ginger, Byadagi CHillies, Tamarind, Jaggery, Cold pressed Gingelly Oil and Himalayan Rock Salt.
Like all our pickles it contains only minimum oil and salt , with no preservatives, additives or stabilisers used. Hence it needs to be refrigerated.
