Ingredients: Organic coconut cream, Organic Lemongrass, Organic Chilly, Organic Galangal, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Garlic, Organic Shallot, Salt.
Use:
- Medium heat the oil in a wok and stir fry. Add coconut milk (2cups). Add the green curry paste and stir up until the oil appears on top.
- Add water (2cups). Add desired vegetables and stir fry for 3-4 mins till just tender/ until boiled.
- Add additional seasonings such as soy sauce, sugar etc according to your taste. Sprinkle with sweet basil leaves and sliced long red chilli and enjoy.
