Use:

Medium heat the oil in a wok and stir fry. Add coconut milk (2cups). Add the Thai red curry paste and stir up until the oil appears on top.
Add water (2cups). Add desired vegetables and stir fry for 3-4 mins till just tender, add water until it turns boiled.
Add additional seasonings such as soy sauce, sugar etc according to your taste. Sprinkle with sweet basil leaves and sliced long red chilli and enjoy.
