Rye Flakes are sourced from organically cultivated rye grown in the cold desert terrain of Ladakh, where traditional farming methods and pure glacial waters contribute to their exceptional quality. After harvesting, the rye grains are cleaned thoroughly, then steamed and flattened into flakes using a minimal processing method that retains their natural fiber, flavor, and nutritional value.

Tthe grains are cleaned, washed, germinated and rolled into thin flakes and sun dried. Perfect for your morning meals not to forget the nutrition these grains carry.

Rye is a cereal grain that looks like wheat but is longer and more slender and varies in color from yellowish brown to grayish green. Rye has a very hardy, deep, nourishing taste.

Uses: Soak in warm water, milk or juice for raw eaing or give it a quick boil for porridge or soup. Ideal for granola, muesli, creamy soups, stews, desserts, pie crusts, and baked goods. Store in an airtight container for upto 6 months.
