Fresh pomelo salad is a Thai delicacy, known for its fabulous taste and nutritional value. We have created this salad with the best of ingredients harvested freshly from our farm. Pomelo fruit has close resemblance to its western cousin grapefruit and is known for its health and nutritional benefits. Very rich in Vitamin C and potassium, Pomelo packs several other vitamins, minerals, protein, and fiber.

● Baby spinach

This salad includes a freshly prepared tamarind vinaigrette dressing.

These are freshly made to order, For next day delivery, kindly place the order everyday before 6pm. Post 6pm, they will be available for delivery 2 days later.

Satva is a farm based in outskirts of Bangalore, with a legacy of over 60 years, was founded by their forefathers (Shri Thammanna and Shri Shankarappa) who believed agriculture is a noble profession with a duty to offer healthy food produce to the society while protecting mother earth. So committed they were that they considered the farm as a place of worship and would not allow footwear inside the farm. For them, the soil was a core component of farming and they made sure the soil was kept fertile using natural and organic means.
