Rasagullas are a popular juicy indian sweets as the name itself suggests - derived from the words ras ("juice") and gulla ("ball"). Made by draining the whey and kneading the milk solids to make balls. These balls are cooked in light syrup made from sugar.

Ingredients: organic sugar(46%), water, organic milk solids, organic green cardamom powder
