Asafoetida (hing): a pinch
Mustard oil: 1 cup

- Roast and Grind Spices: Dry roast the mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds until they release their aroma. Let them cool and grind them into a coarse powder.
- Mix the Ingredients: In a clean, dry bowl, combine the softened lemon pieces with the ground spices, red chili powder, and asafoetida. Mix well to coat the lemon pieces evenly.
