Mostly white inside, some may be red at times.
Exterior may not be appealing, as in it may have marks, brown / black shades. But one thing we assure you of is that the taste will blow your mind off. The taste will be that of what a Guava is supposed to be. If its green in color, set it aside in a brown paper or cover for a day or 2 and let it ripen (our guavas ripen faster than the chemical ones).
Another difference you will find in our guavas when compared to the chemical ones is that the seeds can be chewed upon, just like how an original guava is intended to be.
Did you know: You can tell from the exterior shape whether a guava is white or red from inside. White ones are typically roundish in shape and red ones are oval in shape (holds true for most of the times)
