Millet Mix porridge
- Take 2 Tea spoons of Powder in a bowl and mix it with a quarter cup water to make watery paste
- Keep 2 cups of water to boil on stove , Simmering the Flame and the millet paste
- Stir it well till it is Cooked
- Remove from the Flame and allow it to cool for 2 to 3 Minutes Add jaggery or honey and mix well. Add boiled Milk or Boiled Water to make into porridge consistency
- This Tasty porridge can be made more delicious by adding dry Fruits and Cut Fresh Fruits
Millet Mix Laddu
- On a low flame heat 1 tea spoon of ghee
- Roast 1 cup of millet mix lightly
- Add half a cup of powdered jaggery to it and mix well
- Turn off the stove and hand roll your laddus.
- Let the deliciousness cheat some nutrition into you !
Millet Mix Puttu -
- Take 2 cup powder in a mixing bowl or pan and add a third of a teaspoon salt
- Sprinkle a little water over until all the particles are slightly wet
- Add a small bowl of grated coconut to the wet powder
- Steam the puttu as usual
- Add a touch of roasted groundnut powder and bananas if you want it to blow your mind !
