Organic Millet Khichdi (200Gms) from Phalada Pure and Sure
Ingredients: Organic Kodo Millet, Organic Little Millet, Organic Barnyard Millet, Organic Black Pepper, Organic Cashew, Asafoetida, Organic Cumin, Organic Curry leaves, Organic Moong Dal, Organic Cold-pressed Sunflower Oil, Organic Rice, Salt.
Directions to Use: Ready to Cook - 10 mins.
- Add 200g of Millet Khichdi, mix with 800ml of water in a pressure cooker.
- Adjust salt according to your taste.
- Pressure cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes. Open the cooker after pressure releases (If are cooking in an open vessel, cover and cook on a medium flame).
- Keep stirring and checking the water level to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.
- Add a spoon of ghee and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with sambar or chutney.
