Microgreens are a tiny form of young, edible greens. They are much lighter in flavor than the mature plant and are more nutrient dense.
Harvested at about two inches tall, these peppery seedlings are great in salads and cold soups. Their small size also makes them a great raw garnish to dishes.
Usage and Storage: Convenient to directly use and store. Suggested to consume as fresh as possible. Can store it in the fridge for upto 3-4 days.
