Fresh organic strawberries are muddled with fragrant mint and freshly ground black pepper, and preserved with organic sugar and lemon. This exotic preserve is made in small batches without any preservatives, artificial thickeners or additives. Handpicked and home-made by local women from Divya's orchards in Pauri Garhwal. These orchards have been in existence from the 60's and among other fruits and herbs, it is surrounded by thick oak and pine forests.

The marmalade is hand made by the 'pahari' local women in batches so as to ensure freshness to the end consumer. It contains organic ingredients (appx. 14-18 pieces of fresh strawberry pulped, mint, pepper, lemon, sugar).

Usage: Best to be used on breads, spreads or even rotis, try with fresh cream or add to smoothies. Refrigerate upon opening. Shelf life of 8 months
