- use can use them with other vegetables in a coconut milk gravy
- it can be used in sambar, kootu in south indian style.
- it can be used in pumpkin chutney, or pumpkin raita too.
Good source of Vitamin A and Vitamin C

A white pumpkin's seeds can also be eaten after toasting them in the oven or in a skillet.
