Annagio is truly a very eco sustainably produced cheese.
Basically Annagio is a matured, dried variant of the indian panner (done at room temperature), which has been shredded for use.
It is a very unique product where in it can survive for months outside the fridge and does not melt when heated.
Usage: Can be sprinkled on your pastas or salad or even pizzas.
