This heirloom rice pops comes from farms in Nadia district, West Bengal. Brown rice is a fiber rich grain with high amounts of antioxidants and lot of nutritional benefits inside the grain.

The rice is dehusked and sand roasted to make the pop (puff) in traditional style.
