Small white, round flowers that are edible. They are also known as Sajjan Phali ke phool. They are known to give a mushroom-like flavour when cooked.
Uses:
- They can be added to vegetable dishes.
- They could be used to make chutney.
- Can be added in dals / sambars / sabjis
- Try adding them to your dosas
Wrap them in a loose damp cloth to keep them fresh. They can be wrapped and stored in the fridge for about 5 days.
