Qty :Premium Himachal Plums are here. Fortune plum is a large sized red coloured clamp with Orange yellow fruit inside. It's a beautiful looking variety with a very nice taste.
Taste Profile - like a typical plum will be on the sour side. If consumed with skin, it will be sour. inside fruit when soft or ripe, will be slightly sweet.
The Fortune plum is perfect to be eaten fresh in desserts or in salads, but can also be perfect to give a special touch to your oven cooked meats and fishes.
This is from our organic group in Shimla District. The farmer is susheel mehta from Rampur bushahr. He has used micro organism, butter milk and neem oil in foliar spray. The results are excellent. A lot cow dung manure has been used. Micro organisms fix atmospheric nitrozen as urea in the soil as well.
The health benefits of plums include relief from indigestion, influenza infection, and anxiety-related problems. The antioxidant power of plums helps in treating ailments.
Usage: Best eaten fresh as a fruit or snack. These also make for a great addition to salads or can be used in the preparation of pie, desserts, jams and jellies. They can also be used in a variety of recipes and are usually baked or poached.
